I've read Okay for Now and really enjoyed it. It was hard at first because I did not find the main character likable, but the authors pulls it out in the end.

Book 'Em IMM
I have Okay for Now on my nightstand... been meaning to read it. I'm hearing really good things, and that it might be a Newbery contender, so I can't wait to see if I think it measures up to that standard.
